About two decades of expertise in brand advisory and integrated marketing communications. A gold medalist in MBA from Jadavpur University in Calcutta, also has a PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. He did further studies in strategic management from IIM Calcutta as he pursed Programme in Leading and Management [PLAM].
His breadth of experience covers media, research, financial markets, brand consulting, and of course, strategic planning with organizations like The Statesman, Malayala Manorama, SHCIL, Shining Strategic Identity, MAA Bozell, IMRB International, TNS, Dentsu, DDB Mudra, FCB Ulka in the past and now with J Walter Thompson Delhi.
Anirban is also a speaker at various forums and has presented case studies in international seminars. He was a contributory speaker at the “Wharton Future of Advertising Round Table” in India. He has also been a member of the Global Strategic Planning Council of FCB worldwide network. He has also been the national executive committee member of Rural Marketing Association of India [RMAI] and currently a member in the Advocacy, Branding and Communication Task Force at India Sanitation Coalition of FICCI. His current areas of interest include use of play techniques for marketing strategy development and leveraging technology for development communication.
