How to Enter

Entry Requirements


  • Who Can Participate: Individuals or Group of Students pursuing Full-time / Diploma / Part-time management courses either directly from institutes or through online platforms (such as UpGrad, Coursera, etc.) and have completed their Summer/Winter projects during the eligible period mentioned below can participate in the contest.

  • Eligibility Criteria: Summer / Winter projects done by students during 1st September 2023 to 31st December 2024 are eligible for entry.

  • Period of Project: 8-10 weeks

  • Period of Project: There is no entry fees applicable.

  • Project Submission Date: 16th December 2024 onwards

  • Prize for the Winners:

    - Trophy for top 3 winners
    - Cash Prizes for top 3 winners: 1st Prize: INR 50,000, 2nd Prize: INR 30,000, 3rd Prize: INR 20,000
    - Internship Opportunity for Top-10 participants with Internship Partners
    - Participation Certificates for everyone


  • Project Submission: Submit your presentation/project with Cover Letter in PDF format

Entry Process


  • PHASE 1: In first phase the internship project will be selected according to the eligibility criteria mentioned earlier.

  • PHASE 2: Then the suitable projects will be assigned to the Jury Members who will mark them out of 100 on following mentioned six criteria:

    - Understanding of rural sector
    - Approach / Methodology
    - Interpretation & Analysis
    - Originality of Solutions
    - Application of Theory
    - Report Presentation


  • PHASE 3: In third and the final phase, Top-10 finalists will be selected by the Jury who will present their project report live at the main event out of which Top-3 will be selected as WINNERS of the Student Flame Awards 2025.
