Mr. Puneet Vidyarthi is Head Rural business & Digital Innovations at JCB India Limited, India's largest manufacturer of Construction Equipment, headquartered in Ballabgarh, Haryana, India and a wholly owned subsidiary of JC Bamford Excavators, UK. Brand JCB India has grown tremendously over the years and has been twice awarded amongst India's most impactful brands a list dominated by FMCGs and Consumer Goods.

Mr. Vidyarthi joined JCB India in 2001 as a Manager at Ballabgarh. In over 21 years of rich work experience, he has worked with JCB India Limited, Honda Siel Cars India, Grindwell Norton Limited, NBC Bearings and Indian Rayon in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Dealer Development, Procurement, Logistics, Parts, R&D and Power House Maintenance. Mr Vidyarthi had also worked on Strategic and Business Development functions for India, SAARC and Africa markets. He is closely associated with CII for Municipal Solid Waste Management initiative and Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA).

Mr Puneet Vidyarthi is B.Tech. (Mechanical, 1992) from HBTI Kanpur and MBA (Marketing, 1998) from Indira Gandhi University, New Delhi. He had been a Gymnast and state level Hockey player with keen interest in Film Making, Photography and music Drums being his main instrument.
