DestaGlobal is an Ag Tech company which runs a Marketplace which connects Agri Companies with Dealers located across Maharashtra. Desta also runs an informative platform for the farmers. Desta’s has 100+ Organizations, 2500+ products, 4000+ Dealers and couple of lakhs farmers live on the system. In the last role he was Chief Revenue Officer at CropIn Technology, which uses Data Science to help farms become more efficient businesses and respond to the challenges and opportunities of the future. He was heading Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions.

An IIM-A (2003-05) alumnus, in his previous stints he has worked with a US based Social Enterprise where he led Marketing efforts for India and Africa and with MNCs like Monsanto and J&J where he built brands and scaled up businesses. He is a B.E. (Marine Engineering) and sailed for 4 years in oil and chemical carrying ships before his MBA. He also loves writing - is a published author of fiction novel, ‘Eagle Spotted Message Decoded’.
