Kalpana Raina is a passionate Conceptualist, an ardent lover of solution thinking, she has spent her formative professional years in Govt. of India Service for 15 long years with Human Resource Development Ministry wherein she was associated with population development programs in rural areas. In capacity of young officer she has travelled widely across country.
Her association with Impact Communication is for the last 10 years & have contributed in bringing on board new business & acquiring prestigious social & highly industry acclaimed development projects. Her expertise lies in leading behavioural change campaigns, which commands in-depth knowledge of creative planning, conceiving solution Models a along with developing engaging content for brands. She is a die-hard fan of exploring & applying latest technology to rural reach solutions for brands. She has an immersive approach & charging drive to make brands look good & she also believes that one needs to have a well-honed radar & that enables us to arrive on a big Idea.
She is associated with awarding wining campaigns at Impact Communications which have created benchmarks in the rural advertising industry. My recent engagements have been with Government of India’s prestigious project Digital India. Apart from heading Impact’s planning and Strategy division, she is a proactive contributor in Industry & like to interact with Budding Managers & love to snatch time to visit as visiting faculty to many reputed B-schools.
